    TERMS & CONDITIONS SKY CASTLE THEATER SÃO BENTO SE NEIGHBORHOOD CANCELLATION RULE You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, the cancellation fee will be the full amount of the reservation. LISBON TOURIST TAX The Lisbon city tourist tax, €2 per person/night, must be paid at check-in. The rate applies to all guests aged 13 or over, up to a maximum of 7 nights, with a maximum value of €14 per person. CHECK IN Time: 14.00-21.00 Early check-in and late check-in upon request and availability, with an extra cost of €25 paid at check-in; At check-in, sets of keys are given to guests. It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that keys are not lost or left inside the apartments. Therefore, guests are responsible for the following: • Loss of keys – Amount to be paid is in accordance with the value of the lost keys. • If the key has been left in the lock, the customer is responsible for the total cost of the service. Upon check-out, key sets must be left inside the apartment. If this does not happen, the amount of €30 will be charged to the customer's credit card. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE If any equipment in the apartment is not in working condition, it must be reported to our team by phone or email. Depending on the problem, and if its resolution does not depend on Portas do Sol Apartments, it may take up to 48 hours or more to be resolved. Portas do Sol Apartments reserves the right to access any of its apartments at any time if inspections, repairs or emergencies are necessary, always respecting the comfort and privacy of its guests. All of our additional services can be requested and must be booked in advance using the form sent in the confirmation email. If a reservation has not been made, it is subject to availability. APARTMENT RULES Portas do Sol Apartments provide one set of towels per person and one set of sheets per bed. If guests require more, they can request it by email or telephone, and the amount due at the time of delivery will be charged in cash. It is strictly prohibited to bring animals into the apartments. If Portas do Sol Apartments finds an animal in an apartment, it can rightfully ask the customer to leave the apartment without any compensation due. Smoking is not permitted in any room of the apartments, and it is possible to do so on the terraces and balconies. Between 10pm and 8am, we kindly ask that you take special care with noise so as not to disturb other guests. CHECK-OUT Opening hours: Until 11.00 If a guest refuses to leave the apartment, Portas do Sol Apartments has the right to enter the apartment, remove their belongings and change the lock. All costs are the responsibility of the guest. All damage caused to the apartments is the responsibility of the customers, with repair or replacement being their responsibility. OBLIGATIONS Portas do Sol Apartments is not responsible for events outside the apartments, such as: • Cleaning and maintenance of the building • Noises outside the building • Street work • Neighbors • Other events beyond our control.
